We request a presidential initiative to create a Wikipedia-like website to engage everyone in resolving pressing social problems. It would be used to gather and organize issues and possible solutions. Anyone (citizens to think tanks) could contribute ideas or raise questions about such matters as poverty, education,healthcare,etc. Funding could be private. Universities could be challenged with the task of organization. The government could host the site. Solutions could be radically different, but all of us could benefit from having a common source initiating conversations which, hopefully, would lead to action.
