facilitate name change procedures in Kazakhstan

Created by D.N. on May 13, 2014

Kazakh officials don't allow me to substitute a conveniently sounding "Daniyar NAURYZ" for my cumbersome full name "Daniyar Kabdrakhmanovich NAURYZBAYEV". Kazakh judges endorsed this undemocratic attitude by a court decision with numerous grammar mistakes. For more than three years, these bureaucrats obstructing my desire to bear a name to my liking. So, as you can see, Kazakh society and media support my cause. But, I need an assistance from international community. My country should follow a bright example of USA, UK, the Ukraine, and other countries, where name change is accomplished relatively easy.
