-Increase natural resources in urban areas by replacing useless trees with food bearing perennial trees.

-Create and/or amend any federal policies with regards to government purchases of plant life in urban areas to acquire only food bearing trees and plants in U.S. cities.

-Develop any systems that will be required to contain and distribute any excess of edible plant matter so as to increase its public and economic benefits.
