Child Support should be equal for both parents. One parent should not bare all financial burden,if other parents chooses not to work. A school aged child spends up to 8 hours a day at school, non custodial parent should not have to pay for the hours. All medical expenses should be 50/50.
Non Custodial parent should not have more than 30% of NET pay taken from check.
Back story for petition, My husband yearns to see his child and has paid child support, never missed a payment( even when he was out of work). The mother refuses to meet, does not have a job, constantly wants for money. My husband makes 340$ a week, his payment is $135/week for the child, Plus All medical,dental, after school activities, day care(mother does not work mind you) How is this fair?
