Fair Child Support Laws For Fathers.

Created by M.S. on August 18, 2012

Fathers are willing to support their children they created but the law is certainly unfair to a dads or/and mothers who may be out of work and is unable to pay. Instead of imprisoning a parent first they should change the playing field. For example: if you owe back support they should just push the years back, allowing for the payer to still meet requirements passed the childs age of 18 with a mandatory making the child now adult the receiver of the benefits. Parents receiving benefits must provide proof that the money is bring spent 80% on the child or children if the payer or and court ask. There is more laws to see in this area to protect the person who pays and who receives benefits.
