Fair Child Support.

There are many fathers that are paying above and beyond child support simply because a state uses a fancy calculation. The courts do not respond to the non custodial parent when they need to get support corrected. They will however jump to get more money out of the non custodial parent. Example: State of Michigan. a call, mail and fax were placed to Wayne county court, 3 months later still no response. Further Example: child support in cases like the state of Michigan are trippling simply because the law is written to favor a non-working deadbeat custodial parent and no consideration is taken for other children. Example paying 40% of your income for one child and no consideration for your other 3 children.
