The People of both this Nation, each State and each legislative district shall have the right and protection of voting for qualified candidates as set forth in the Constitution to have received all of their election funding from the People of the same district the candidate desires to represent.

The citizens of the United States deserve the right to have their voices heard and to be represented by officials who are beholden only to the citizens for whom they represent. Individuals who could not be represented a candidate according to the Constitution should not be able to donate to candidates who cannot represent them. Organizations that provide funding to candidates must be able to prove the funds came from people who could be represented by candidate.
