Fair hearings for legal immigrants

Created by H.R. on March 07, 2013

As an American citizen, I applied for a visa for my fiancée and followed all the rules. People told me I could work around the system. But I played by the book. We waited patiently for 9 months for her to get an interview at the New Delhi embassy. On 6th March 2013, my dreams were shattered when a consular officer treated my fiancée and her daughter like they were criminals. They were deemed ineligible for a visa because the officer “felt” so. It did not matter that we submitted all the evidence needed. No one opened our package with evidence.

I have been a model citizen and never taken back from the system. Please help me get my fiancée and her daughter here with me. Please be my voice so I can be heard.
