Congress shall make no law nor binding agreement to the people of the United States or its territories that they themselves are exempt from. Any and all laws made in these United States will affect every elected, appointed and private citizen equally regardless of position in office or station in life. No one man or woman born within the United states or Its territories or non citizen born outside these lands will be privileged above the constitution or of the laws of the land. No privileges shall come over any private citizen of these United States because of an citizen being elected or appointed to an office or position.
