Fair Pay and Benefits for Congress Act

Present a bill into Congress which realigns Congressional pay and benefits with the actual work produced as follows:

1. All Senators and Representatives to be paid the prevailing national minimum wage.
2. Pay to be tendered for and only for hours worked within their official Capital Building and District Offices.
3. Hours worked to be accounted for using a time clock and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
4. The Congress of the United States shall be exempt from all over-time pay requirements.
5. All Members of Congress and their staffs to be provided the same Health care benefits offered to US Military personnel .
6. Require that any further changes in Congressional pay or benefits be approved by direct vote of all eligible voters during scheduled elections.
