Require cellphone companies to charge fair rates for data and text messages. Bundled data and/or txt plans are good in most cases, but not all. People that use little or no data from the cellular network should not be required to buy data plans that they never use just because they have something called a “Smartphone”. We should only have to pay a fair price of the data we actually use. Packaged or Unlimited deals should still be allowed, just not required.
