Once "Formerly Incarcerated Individuals have served their time and have paid their debts to society. They should be able to participate 100% as a Citizen again. This Petition is to break down the Negative Stigma and Stereotype that oppress the lives of so many people who are affected by the Barriers and Challenges faced by people who live with the labeling of Criminal History. This petition is to help create an attempt to mobilize a group of people who want to help bridge the gap of formerly incarcerated individuals and people without criminal backgrounds instead of Marginalizing, Discriminating and Segregating the people of our society.
