Fair taxation through a National Sales Tax and end payroll and employment taxation.

I propose that the current employment taxation and self employment tax be ended and a fair National Sales Tax (NST) be introduced. This would create an across the board taxation that is imposed on every person making a purchase rather than taxing just the working people of this country. My proposal is that there be an 8-10 NST that would be imposed on every product with the exception of foods, fuels, house sales, automobile sales for automobiles that introduce newer alternative fuel methods, and no road tax. Everyone who makes a purchase would then pay into the system and the working person will no longer bear the burden.
