We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

The FAIR(First American Inequality Restorative) Act.

Created by C.H. on August 28, 2016

Grievances:
For a long time in our nation wealth inequality has been a leading social injustice issue and current laws have failed to address the issue.

Minimum wage and Capital gains laws have not helped to stem the tide of wealth inequality, and have destroyed the middle class.

Major reform points of The FAIR Act:

1:) Replace all minimum wage laws with maximum wage laws.
A:)This would consist of laws that limit the percent amount one can pay their top paid employees(CEO, Owner, Shareholders, etc.) compared to the lowest paid employees of the company forcing redistribution from the top down, instead of the middle down like minimum wage laws.

2:) Replace capital gains taxes with laws that are on par with current income taxes, furthering top down wealth redistribution.
