No company executives of Wall-street have been prosecuted by the federal government for conspiracy to defraud investors on packaged mortgages rated AAA, that were known by the banks to be of lessor ratings quality.
As a soon to graduate student with a degree in Administration of Justice, this lack of criminal prosecution by DOJ, is an affront to our American Justice system.
Hold those accountable who have participated in criminal acts. Wall-street bankers cannot be allowed to pay fines, and avoid criminal responsibility.
