I propose this Act, where similar to the Americans with Disabilities Act, would accomodate Families with a safe and clean environment for use as a restroom, available for breastfeeding mothers and fathers taking their children to the "potty". A Gender Neutral restroom would also accomodate anyone who is uncomfortable in using either a Men's or Women's restroom. This Act would also create jobs and boost the economy.
