I propose this Act, where similar to the Americans with Disabilities Act, would accomodate Families with a safe and clean environment to use as a restroom, available for breastfeeding mothers and fathers taking their children to the potty. A Gender Neutral restroom would also accomodate anyone who is uncomfortable in using either a Men's or Women's restroom.
