families being split apart due to immigration issues, and wife and kids paying the price, especially with a clean record

My husband was deported back to his country due to a marriage that was done 22 years ago, based on what a first wife said, and me and my children are paying the price for it now, we were split apart last year when he was deported and my kids and I are suffering from it, my kids are not doing very well, they are not sleeping well, they are not doing very well in school, their self esteem is low, This is the only country they know, the only home they know, if they have to go and live with their dad is going to be very hard for them, they do know the country, they don't know the language, and the schools their are very expensive if I were to put in American schools. All we want if my husband back for my sake and my kids sake. We want to be a family again.
