Family Based Immigration

I'm petitioning the government to improve the family based immigration, today my 72 years old mother went into the US consulate in Lima Peru applying for a visa with my brother to come visit and they just got denied, it's so sad that my son is growing far away from my family, I am filing for them tomorrow, as a US citizen my mom will come fairly soon but what about my brother and his kids, they have to wait for so many years, my brother is a very skillful and talented and can be an asset to the economy but he will have to wait 8 years to say the least as a LPR relative, I ask Mr. President to please make sure the reform will fix this part of the immigration, those backloads are impossible, there should be no reason to wait such a long time and there are visas wasted, Thank you in advance.
