In the face of near universal condemnation for the Russian anti-LGBT laws, the United States should take steps to welcome Russia's gays into a country that will not try to beat, rape, and murder them simply for being gay. President Obama could direct Secretary Kerry to issue an order to fast-track any asylum seekers to both shame Russia for its heinous laws and to quickly protect a class of people who are in grave danger.
