Dear sir
As their is a big slowdown in F3 category and because of this many families are separated from their Married sons and daughters. Grand parents are not able to see their grandsons and granddaughters playing with them in US soil. They feel so lonely and separated. I urge you to direct USCIS and other authority to look into this and increase the quota for F3 category. Many times this separation brings lots of problems and depression to both the sides and this problem can be resolved with your Executive action just by increase in no of visas under F3 category.
