Father rights from inadequate mothers

I strongly believe in father rights from inadequate mothers. I am a soon to be father and I can't even explain what I've been experiencing. I didn't plan for a child. She said she was on the pill, has one ovary and I have varicose veins. I can't even figure out how she got pregnant but I believe she lied to me and told me inaccurate information about the quality of person she is. We fell in love and once she got pregnant she pulled away from me. There are fathers that are more loving and nurturing than mothers and we deserve full rights of our children. Her and her mother have been excluding me from everything and the mother of my child smoked and sold cannabis during pregnancy. I am a concerned father; I want to be able to execute full responsibility, and shard custody for my unborn baby.
