Federal and State laws require fathers to pay child support. Many Fathers pay child support and also buy their children extended things. Theirs no accountability for where the money is spent on. Many Fathers are denied access to their children.
Many Women will go as far as not opening the door when it's time for visitation. Not turning in the affidavit of support/ birth certificate at childs birth . With out the Father's name on the birth certificate, no rights are issued. The Mother could refuse to come to court or simple move to another state. The Father will never see the child again. It is happening to Millions of people all over America
A law should be put in place for a Father to have Equal rights, incase the Mother moves out of town. Could simply cut all tides to the Father.
