We the fathers of America ask that the President of The United States and its representatives step in and help set in to place, an act or bill limiting Child Support Recovery in there powers and also to set a limit as to how far back a woman can go for back child support. Many Father's are not notified they have a child for years and are stuck paying thousands in back support and current support. Many also end up in jail and labeled as felon's for something they knew nothing about, also Child Support Recovery can and does take all retirement and 401k benefits to aid in rears not a partial this causes undue stress financial loss as well as foreclosure's. There needs to be a time limit placed on how long a mother has to notify the father of the child to qualify for back child support.
