FBI Director James Comey Violated The Hatch Act & Should Be Removed from his post.

The unprecedented involvement of a federal law enforcement agency in the Presidential election process in 2016 was completely in violation of The Hatch Act. The Hatch Act of 1939 short for: An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, was passed in 1939 and amended in 1993. The guiding principle of the Hatch Act is to prevent members of the executive branch from activities which could impact the result of an election through abuse of their power. The executive branch includes the Department of Justice which includes the Federal Bureau of Investigation under its purview. The timing of Comey's first note to Congress, a matter of days before the nation elected a new President, undoubtedly effected the perception voters had of Hillary Clinton. Please remove Director Comey from service.
