FBI except for immediate terror or criminal incident has always refrained from disclosing details about an on-going investigation. FBI generally waited until investigation was concluded. Recent, partial and unexplained disclosure of Clinton E-Mail appears to be an attempt to influence the election. This seriously affects FBI integrity and impartiality.
