To investigate and to close any and all "loopholes" which is given to every Citizen of The United States upon opening any kind of Bank Account under the "Notices and Privacy Policies" of all branches which fall under The Federal Reserve. That these "loopholes" never should have been there to begin with AND that every United States Citizen is to receive compensation due to these "loopholes" in the approximate sum of each United States Citizen accordingly. Further practice of extending "loopholes" from the Federal Reserve and All of The Federal Reserve Branching Systems shall be deemed illegal through all of the findings and a New Law shall be made to protect The People of The United States based on these findings through The Federal Reserve and All of The Federal Reserve Branching Systems.
