The 4 black adults, from Chicago, that kidnapped and tortured a mentally disabled white young man need to be charged with a hate crime as well as any other charge found accordingly. Yelling "f white people" as they torturedo this poor young man, is a HATE CRIME!! Stop the double standards. Please help get justice for this young man and any other person that this may happen to.
