This is a request for Congress to immediately and expeditiously look into claims by former NSA employee William Binney that the NSA does, in fact, have in their database Hillary Clinton emails that are reported to be missing by the FBI from her private server. Should claims by Mr. Binney prove to be true then it is requested that those emails be made public and any criminal charges, if applicable, be immediately filed against Mrs. Clinton and any other individual or entity regardless of government position or military rank involving any crimes uncovered during this discovery process.
