FCRA, credit reporting and YOUR Credit Score

Created by J.S. on March 18, 2013

The consumer should have the right to monitor any credit reporting without charge and also verify the calculation of the credit score. A consumer should not have to pay for any reporting done on him or herself. Also, the calculation of the credit reporting agencies "scores" should be readily available, no matter the complexity of the calculation, and any changes to this score should be readily available to the consumer.
