This Seal of Approval for the sale of products that contain carcinogens will allow sale of the cancer causing product for sale in the United States of America for one full year from the date of approval. Recertification of the Seal of Approved Products Containing Carcinogens must take place every year. The Seal of Approved Products Containing Carcinogens must occupy more than forty percent of the product's exterior packaging.
