To honor Prince and David Bowie's contributions to music and humanity, I propose February 29th, midway between both's passing be changed to National Love Through Music Day. February being the month most synonymous with love is appropriate as well. The feeling of happiness and love both artist's gave us deserves to be honored. This date can also serve in the future to honor the contributions of artists that have passed away in that year.
