Fed to offer an official apology to victims of psychiatric abuses such as forced ECT which is torture.

ECT is a form of torture which is not adequately regulated by the federal government and should be abolished as a forced treatment. An example of why this should be banned is the amount of fraud in the medical and psychiatric industry indicating no one is safe if one professional is determined to receive payment for treatment he is not entitled. The psychiatric industry is a source of revenue however ECT is quite the opposite leaving individuals once fit to work and pay taxes unfit, while there are much better options for treatment offering better revenue for government and without ECT allowing for a better society overall which makes a greater number of clear minded people no longer under threats of sanctioned torture who are more willing to rejuvenate the economy.
