President Obama has clearly articulated that he wants jobs to stay in this country and reward them and make those companies that ship jobs overseas suffer penalties.
The United States Mint has recently annouced that it will be spending up to $100 million dollars to have their order management system constructed by a British firm under a maximum 6 year contract.
Stop the insidious insanity and find a comapny in the United States that will create an online ordering system. Look at all of the orders placed every day by consumers online. They have no problems with receiving orders by the ordering systems that were developed here in the U.S.
The U.S. Mint is no different and can certainly contract this to a U.S. company, especially one that has laid off workers.
