With the Federal Budget using our income for tax dollars, We should have a right to choose where our money goes not jail

This is a step towards taking a stand on where citizen tax dollars our going to. With the rise of the Federal Budget going towards corrections and prison systems, will there be enough money for those in poverty? By signing this petition we will be voicing our opinion for the greater good, which is giving funds to those that never committed a crime. Those that are just living with the hardships of life. More funds should be taken out of prison systems and given to the category of public assistance. By signing this petition there will be a better chance for those living in poverty to receive basic needs for living.
