We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Federal charges issued to anyone whom enters an exhibit in a Zoo and or a Museum.

Created by D.W. on August 24, 2016

For anyone whom enters an exhibits in a Zoo and or an Museum would be fined, for example at the Cincinnati Zoo when a young child entered the Silver Back exhibit which resulted in the death of a male Silver Back known as Harambe. The parents walked away and the earth lost a member of an near extinct species. The parents should have been fined a large sum of money and an even larger sum because a Silver Back was brutally murdered.
