Given the increase in Police shooting of African Americans across the Nation and the extensive lack of data on the subject matter the federal government should commence a commission. This Commission should gather all the facts, statistics, current policy and practice across the nation. This commission findings should be published with recommendation on how to reduce or stop the excessive killing of African Americans.
