As the Second Amendment of the Constitution applies to ALL citizens of the united states, Propose legislation that
(Option 1) Enables citizens to obtain from the Federal Government, a Concealed weapons permit that is valid in ALL 50 STATES, as the constitution is valid in all 50 states. This process should be expedited for individuals of Law Enforcement, Active or Prior military service with Honorable discharge, and individuals with an Active Security Clearance.
*Not to be confused with an Active Database and/or any registration of Firearms*
(Option 2), propose legislation that Concealed Weapons Permits are no longer required across all 50 states as it is a right given to us by the Second Amendment which is upheld in EVERY STATE.
