Federal drug law mandatory minimum retroactive

This petition involves all the hard efforts of family members of those incarcerated in the federal prison system, who signed petitions to change the mandatory minimum drug laws. The petition was very successful, however; the sad thing is the changes did not take place, the benefit did not go those who are already serving time. It was the hard efforts of family members of those who are already serving time, that brought about that change, but were ultimately let down because the Crack Law changes were not made retroactive. President Obama signed the retroactive mandatory minimum drug law change, and so did Congress, the Sentencing Commission should be compelled to carry out the order of our President and the Congress. Please bring our family members home. Justice even for the incarcerated.
