Honorable Mr. President Obama I am asking you to reconsider the amount of COLA increase of 1% planned for all Federal Employees in regards to your recent Afford Health Care Act law that has went into place. The Federal Employees insurance rates bi-weekly have went from about $150 every two weeks to $250 every two weeks on average. Your 1% raise for 2014 is not even close to covering the cost of the inflation. I therefore request you to reconsider the 1% and raise it to a minimum of 4% to offset the cost of your new healthcare plan. Your support in appreciated and thank you for considering this petition.
