Federal Employee Raise to Keep Up w/ Increasing Costs of Living

Federal employees,after years of pay freeze w/ benefit increases,cost of living increases, finally got a pay increase. 1%. When Federal Employee Health Benefits rise on average 3-9 times that much (for some, a LOT more),the cost of rent, health costs (look at prescriptions and what isn't covered anymore, for example), food, gas, etc., keep rising, we keep getting farther and farther behind. If the President truly wants to retain good, valued employees, give us a Cost of Living raise that helps us to keep our heads above water, not fall further and further behind. Thank you.
