Federal Food Stamp Reform Act

All food stamp programs should allow for the purchase of pre-cooked deli foods at all grocery stores. Some people on food stamps either have no place to prepare foods, are incapable of preparing foods or may be in need of a hot meal of their choosing.

All transitional housing programs, homeless shelters, or other temporary housing establishment residents should be treated as homeless and receive full homeless rate food stamp assistance regardless if a meal is provided or not. There is no guarantee that the meal provided meets their individual dietary needs.

Anyone caught selling their food stamps should have federal charges placed against them as a felony for defrauding the federal government.
