Federal funding to ALL two year community colleges. To allow U.S citizens with a High School diploma a FREE Associates Degree. If funding for all majors can't be achieved. Then funding for the majors in the areas of General Education, Mathematics, and the Sciences. It would allow ALL U.S. citizen an opportunity for better education beyond High School. It would allow everyone for asking. That doesn't already have degree. One associates degree. In the end, we get a stronger economy. Most important, better citizens.
