patriarchal and matriarchal equity in The United States of America. The Descendants of Slave Trade during

periods spanning from The Virginia Slave Act of 1705 to The 13th Amend. of The U.S Constitution of 1865 ;

(Note: Slaves as African in ancestry and defined in Art.IV , (§)2, Cl.3 of U.S Cont.), that are currently alive and

legal residents of The U.S to date, shall be eligible for a special grant(s) which purpose serves to

ensure that equitable opportunity for economic stimulation is evident across the land those for who are

descendants of The United States Slave Trade that have survived to date.
