Federal funding for the Training of police officers to help with Mentally disabled People.

This petition is important because how police are getting calls about mentally ill or disabled people and they don't know how to take care or handle them. The police officers sometimes get freaked out to deal with these kind of people. Federal govt. should have to fund the police academies with better training and with mentally illness/ disability so the officers know how to handle them.
