Federal Funds to spur Broadband where less than 3 providers (all greater than US avg speed) are present

Created by T.G. on April 07, 2014

No legislative initiative would solidify a lasting legacy than eliminating the broadband duopoly in the US. The fix is simple: any area with less than 3 broadband providers (whose minimum speed offered is less than the national average) will have federal funds allocated to spur private enterprise to move the number to greater than 3. The bill will need legislative protection against frivolous lawsuits by the broadband mafia, and state restrictions on new broadband will need to be nullified with the Commerce Clause.

The broadband mafia must be stopped.
