The federal government should punish BP for careless oil handling that has endangered our already depleting environment.

BP Oil company has not only endangered our environment once, but twice. And many people are overlooking this I feel. They should be boycotted so they lose millions and in addition to that be fined an extremely steep amount as penance for their reckless actions. They do not deserve to go without consequences just as the rest of us would be fined for littering.
