Federal Governmental transparency & ethics reforms

I urge Congress to pass a strong ethics and transparency bill that mandates all Federal Employees, Federal Judges, US President, Vice-President & White House Administration Staff & All Political Appointees, All Federal Contractors & All US Senators & All House Representatives be mandated by federal law to be polygraphed and drug tested routinely while employed or receiving any money or benefits from the American Government. Polygraphed & drug testing results should be made public to the American people unless doing so compromises National Security.
