This petition is created to pave the way for a Federal Immigration Law. A law that is just and fair to ALL United States citizens and immigrants.
This should be a law that does not permit the use of racial profiling to deal with illegal immigrants; a method that has been extensively used in a few states.
This legislation will replace any and all state legislation that pertains to any issue of illegal immigration in the United States.
This legislation should not violate our Constitutional Rights and Basic Human Rights under any circumstances.
