Kelly Thomas was a homeless, mentally ill man who was murdered by Fullerton, CA police officers Manuel Ramos and Jay Cicinelli.
Manuel Ramos and Jay Cicinelli were charged with "striking Kelly Thomas with a baton and a stun gun in a beating that left him comatose."
At 15:21 of the video that captured the brutal beating, you can hear officer Manuel Ramos "see my fist, they're getting ready to **** you up," and within 30 seconds they begin to beat him to death.
On Janruary 13th, both officers were found not guilty.
Four other police officers who were involved in the brutal beating were never charged.
Please submit this to the Atty General Eric Holder to investigate the unnecessary, brutal and inhumane beating of Kelly Thomas which led to his death.
